The system detects whether destination fields support HTML formatting and adjusts accordingly, preserving formatting for HTML-capable fields like Candidate Description or Job Description while removing unnecessary tags from plain text fields.

When using the Enrich Candidate or Enrich Job automation steps, Bullhorn Automation now ensures your data appears clean and professional across all field types. HTML tags are stripped from fields that don’t support formatting, while rich text remains intact where appropriate. The result is a consistent, readable display of AI-enriched data across your ATS.
