Credentials - Last Payload Date Display Fix

What's changed?

We resolved an issue where the Last Payload column on the Credentials page displayed incorrect dates. Last Payload now accurately shows when positions were last synchronized.

Why does it matter?

Previously, the displayed date did not reflect the true timing of the most recent data sync, even though positions were syncing correctly.
