External Source: Job Board Name Now Captured in Source Field

What's new?

When adding a new candidate directly from an external job board (such as Monster or Reed), the Source field now automatically populates with the job board name.

• If the Source field is visible on your Add Candidate page layout, you’ll see it pre-populated with the job board name and can edit it before saving.

• If the field isn’t visible, the job board name is still captured behind the scenes and will appear if the field is later added to your layout.

Why does it matter?

This update ensures accurate source tracking by automatically capturing the originating job board for every new candidate. It improves data consistency and saves time by removing the need for manual entry.

How do I enable this?

No setup is required. This update is enabled automatically for customers using Bullhorn Search AND Match with job boards enabled.
