Full Names Displayed on Hover for All Dropdown Items

Bullhorn Automation now displays complete names for all dropdown items through hover tooltips. When list names, automation titles, email templates, or other values are truncated in dropdown menus, users can simply hover their cursor over any item to view its full name. This enhancement extends hover functionality to all drop-down selectors throughout the platform, including list conditions, branch steps, advanced search, update steps, and survey configurations.

Why does it matter?

Recruitment teams often maintain multiple versions of automations, lists, or templates differentiated only by details at the end of their names, such as "Monthly Tech Newsletter - May" versus "Monthly Tech Newsletter - June". When these critical identifiers were hidden due to dropdown width limits, recruiters had to click into each item to verify the correct version, risking selection errors that could send communications to the wrong candidate segments or trigger inappropriate workflows. Full-name visibility on hover enables confident, accurate selection without workflow interruption, improving efficiency when configuring candidate nurture campaigns, client communications, and interview scheduling.
