What’s new?

We added country identifiers to driver's license options when applicants complete the I-9 form on mobile devices. The U.S. option now displays as "U.S. Driver's License or ID Card" and the Canadian option displays as "CA Driver's License."

Why does it matter?

Applicants can now easily distinguish between U.S. and Canadian driver's license options on mobile devices, matching the clarity already available on desktop.

This prevents incorrect document type selections that can create certification issues when the applicant's choice doesn't match the certifier's selection upon document certification.

HR representatives experience fewer certification complications caused by document type mismatches.
