What’s New?

We enhanced the background screening results view to provide direct access to Checkr screening documents. When viewing completed background screening results, you can now click "View" to open a modal displaying available screening documents. This allows you to access both order reports and results documents directly within the platform.

Why does it matter?

Streamlines your workflow by eliminating the need to log into external Checkr dashboard to review screening results. Provides one-click access to all relevant screening documents from a single location. Improves efficiency when reviewing candidate background screening information during the hiring process.
