Tags Functionality in Dashboard Performance Snapshot Data Panels

Performance Snapshot dashboard data panels now correctly filter to show only users and groups that match your Tag filters. Previously, all users and groups were displayed regardless of applied Tag filters, showing zero values for non-matching users instead of excluding them.
