Job Search Properly Disabled When Setting is Turned Off

An issue was resolved where candidates could still access and apply for jobs via the self-service portal even when the Enable Job Search setting was disabled.
What This Fix Means

When Enable Job Search is disabled, the Search for Open Jobs button will no longer appear.

Applicants will not be able to access the Job Search page or apply for jobs, regardless of the Enable Placements setting.
