Job Search Properly Disabled When Setting is Turned Off

An issue was resolved where candidates could still access and apply for jobs via the self-service portal even when the Enable Job Search setting was disabled.

What This Fix Means

  • When Enable Job Search is disabled, the Search for Open Jobs button will no longer appear.

  • Applicants will not be able to access the Job Search page or apply for jobs, regardless of the Enable Placements setting.

  • Ensures system behavior correctly aligns with the intended configuration.

This fix improves compliance with system settings, ensuring a consistent experience based on configured permissions.
