What’s new?
Using a sleek, intuitive interface the Reconciliation Dashboard identifies any discrepancies (time, expense, approval statuses) between BTE and Pay/Bill. This tool highlights Placements whose timesheet has failed to sync over due to configuration issues, data errors, integration failures, etc. Users can also quickly navigate to the BTE Timesheet, view messages in Placement Viewer, review the ATS Pay/Bill Transactions, and Recalc to send the timesheet over again.
In addition to the release of The Reconciliation Dashboard, a few other Bullhorn One enhancements have been made directly focused on the synchronization of timesheet data from BTE to Pay/Bill:
- From an infrastructure standpoint, we have added four additional servers dedicated solely to the synchronization of data.
- Multiple enhancements have been made to the sync itself to ensure we are sending data in the most efficient manner possible.
- A new self-healing mechanism has been added that performs five retries on any identified failures.
How do I enable this?
The Reconciliation Dashboard is controlled via the View Reconciliation Dashboard Role Setting in BTE. All other enhancements are enabled by default. Please reach out to your account manager or Support with any questions.
