New Automation Metrics Available in Bullhorn Analytics

What’s new?

Eight new metrics and three new ratios providing insights into Bullhorn Automation sends, clicks, and responses are now available as master metrics in Bullhorn Analytics Enterprise Edition.

New Metrics

• Total Automation Sends: The total number of Bullhorn Automation messages sent within the selected timeframe.

• Total Automation Opens: The total number of times Bullhorn Automation messages have been opened within the selected timeframe.

• Total Automation Clicks: The total number of times links in Bullhorn Automation messages have been clicked within the selected timeframe.

• Total Automation Bounces: The total number of times Bullhorn Automation messages have been undeliverable within the selected timeframe.

• Completed Automation Survey Responses: The total number of completed Bullhorn Automation Surveys within the selected timeframe.

• Started Automation Survey Responses: The total number of Bullhorn Automation Surveys that were started but not completed within the selected timeframe.

• Total Active Automations: The total number of Bullhorn Automations that are active within the selected timeframe

• Total Candidates Assigned To Automations: The total number of unique candidates assigned to a Bullhorn Automation within the selected timeframe.  

New Ratios (Value of one metric divided by another)

• Automation Open Rate: Ratio comparing the total number of Bullhorn Automation opens to the total number of Bullhorn Automation sends.

• Automation Click Rate: Ratio comparing the total number of Bullhorn Automation clicks to the total number of Bullhorn Automation opens.

• Automation Bounce Rate: Ratio comparing the total number of Bullhorn Automation bounces to the total number of Bullhorn Automation sends.

How do I enable this?

New Enterprise Edition users with Bullhorn Automation will automatically have these metrics included during implementation. Existing Enterprise Edition customers with Bullhorn Automation can request these new metrics by contacting Bullhorn Support.
