Sync E-verify cases / Issue Returning Data
E-Verify
An issue was resolved where users encountered a “Duplicate Case” error on the Applicants > E-Verify tab, which prevented the E-Verify case ID and status from displaying correctly after submission.
Why is it important?

Case Submission Now Functions Properly: E-Verify case ID and status now appear as expected once a case is submitted.

Eliminates Manual Fixes: No longer requires support intervention to update or correct the case status.

Faster Onboarding: Reduces processing delays, helping clients move applicants through onboarding more efficiently.
This fix improves the reliability of the E-Verify process and ensures a smoother experience for both users and support teams.
