What’s new?

For customers using the Bullhorn ATS integration, we have introduced a new configuration aimed at enhancing security. This feature will restrict the visibility of Onboarding document file attachments.

Why does it matter?

This new configuration ensures that users with lower permission levels cannot access sensitive attachments containing personally identifiable information (PII).

How do I enable this?

You can find this configuration within the Bullhorn External Integration settings. By default, it will be set to OFF to maintain the current user experience. Customers who do not utilize the Bullhorn ATS integration will not experience any changes.
