Signed Status Correctly Displays Once Candidates Complete Signing Forms

What’s changed?

We resolved an issues where packages were intermittently remaining in the Viewed status, even after applicants signed the forms and fulfilled all tasks in the Task List. Packages now accurately display the status of Signed once candidates have completed signing the forms within the package.
