Amplify Screening: "Virtual Screening - Incomplete" Notes Now Available

What’s new?

Bullhorn Automation now creates a “Virtual Screening – Incomplete” note in Bullhorn ATS when a candidate begins a screening but doesn’t finish all the questions.

The “Virtual Screening - Incomplete” note will only include the transcript. It does not include a score or the screening summary as seen for “complete” screenings.

Previously, notes were only created when a candidate fully completed the screening.

Why does it matter?

You’ll now have clearer visibility into partially completed screenings, including exactly where a candidate stopped. This makes it easier to follow up, understand potential drop-off points, and keep better records of candidate interactions.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically available for all customers using the Amplify Screener, included with Bullhorn Automation Amplify Edition.
