Amplify Screening: Improved Response Classification for Screening Completion
Amplify Screening
What’s new?
Amplify Screening now treats responses like “I don’t have experience with that” as valid answers instead of skipped questions. Previously, these responses were counted as skips, which caused the screening to be marked as “Incomplete” and prevented summaries and scores from being generated.
A "Complete" Screening now means:
All questions have been asked and the candidate has provided a response to each question, including non-answers like "no answer" or "pass."
The quality of answers is still taken into account in the scoring process, so candidates who provide more in-depth answers will naturally receive higher scores than those who provide non-answers like "no answer" or "pass."
Why does it matter?
This change ensures that candidates who provide a genuine answer, even if it’s “no experience,” still receive a complete screening evaluation. You’ll now get accurate scores and summaries for more candidates, helping you make better-informed decisions.
How do I enable this?
This update is automatically available for all customers using the Amplify Screener, included with Bullhorn Automation Amplify Edition.
