What’s New?

We’ve added support for Merge Tags on newly introduced Bullhorn ATS Internal User fields. This enhancement applies across multiple entities, including:

  • Candidates

  • Sales Contacts

  • Submissions

  • Placements

  • Jobs

  • Leads

These fields can now be pulled into outbound communications and templates via Merge Tags under the associated ‘Owner’ field.

Why Does it Matter?

This update empowers users to leverage internal user data, such as recruiter LinkedIn URLs or branch/division info, for hyper-personalized outreach. By tapping into this rich metadata, teams can:

  • Craft more tailored, meaningful messages

  • Improve targeting and communication efficiency

  • Enhance visibility into recruiter-context for every record

How Is It Enabled?

Admins can enable support for these Internal User fields by visiting the Integration Settings page and performing a sync. Once enabled, the fields will appear as available merge tag options under the 'Owner' association for each relevant entity.
