Did Not Work Status Now Appears on Timesheets

What’s new?

Time and Labor customers now have the ability to see timesheets in a status of Did Not Work that were originally submitted in BTE. Users with the ability to edit timesheets in the ATS can also set timesheets as Did Not Work from both the timesheet and timesheet slide on the list screen.

Why does it matter?

This update enhances the visibility of users to see timesheets in a Did Not Work status directly in the ATS. Filtering on the status and reporting using the Did Not Work status are also available with this update.

How do I enable this?

The status sends from BTE by default. Setting timesheets in the ATS as Did Not Work is available via the Edit Timesheet entitlement. Contact Support for assistance.
