Implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Single Sign On

What’s new?

We have introduced Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as an added layer of security for candidate logins. Customers can now choose to opt in or out of this feature through a new Multi-Factor Authentication tile under Agency Settings.

When a candidate is associated with only one agency, the MFA email they receive will be branded with that agency’s identity. However, if a candidate is associated with multiple agencies and at least one of those agencies has opted in, the candidate will receive a generic MFA code email, not branded with a specific agency logo.

Why does it matter?

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an important layer of security to candidate logins. This approach helps prevent confusion about agency affiliation and ensures a consistent, secure login experience from the start.
