What’s new?
We’ve updated the Amplify Screener transcript to clearly show when a candidate doesn’t respond to a question. Previously, silence from the candidate was shown in the transcript as “%INVALID_USER_RESPONSE%”. Now, silence will appear as “[SILENCE]”.
Why does it matter?
The old label was unclear and could appear to be an error in the system. With this update, it’s immediately clear that the candidate did not answer the question.
How do I enable this?
No additional setup is required; this update is automatically available for all customers using Amplify Screener with Bullhorn Automation Amplify Edition.
