What’s new?

When a job re-enters a job-based automation with the Add Questions step, all existing screening questions are now automatically deleted and regenerated based on the current step configuration. This applies to pre-screening questions, post-screening questions, and AI-generated questions.

Why does it matter?

Previously, jobs that already had screening questions would skip the Add Questions step. Customers then had to manually delete the existing questions before the step could run again. With this update, the process is fully automated and manual cleanup is no longer required.

How do I enable this?

No additional setup is required; this update is automatically available for all customers using Amplify Screener with Bullhorn Automation Amplify Edition.
