New Candidate List: Support "Select All > Email"

What's new?

The New Candidate List now supports selecting all records for Email. Previously, only the results from a single page could be selected. With this enhancement, you can now email up to 500 candidates from your search results in one action.

Depending on your user permissions, the maximum number of recipients you can email may be set at 50, 200, or 500.

Why does it matter?

This enhancement streamlines the process of emailing large volumes of records in bulk. As a result, recruiters and sales teams can efficiently perform their operations via the New Candidate List.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically applied to the new Candidate List. The rollout of the new Candidate List is currently in progress, and it will be available to all customers by the end of 2025.
