New Candidate List: Unable To Exclude Note Author

We’ve resolved an issue in the New Candidate List where the option to filter by “Note Author > Exclude” was not working as expected. Users can now effectively filter the New Candidate List by “Note Author > Exclude”, and the appropriate candidates are returned.
