Bullhorn Automation now generates a “Virtual Screening – Incomplete” note whenever a candidate exits a screening session without providing any verbal responses.

Previously, an “Incomplete” note was only created if the candidate answered at least one question before stopping. If they left the session without answering anything, the system only updated their status to Incomplete without creating a note.

With this update, an “Incomplete” note is always generated, even when there is no transcript data to capture.

Why does it matter?

This enhancement improves visibility into candidate screening activity by ensuring all incomplete screenings are documented, even when there is no transcript data. Customers can now see a clear record of every incomplete screening attempt.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically available for all customers using Amplify Screening with Bullhorn Automation Amplify Edition.
