Screener Fails to Ask Follow-up Questions for Partial Responses

We fixed an issue where Amplify Screener occasionally failed to prompt candidates for more detail when they gave incomplete responses (for example, answering “yes” or “no” to questions that required examples, like “Can you provide an example of when you handled a difficult customer?”). The screener now consistently asks follow-up questions, ensuring complete answers are collected for more thorough candidate evaluations.
