An issue was resolved where ATS Notes automatically generated upon successful candidate submission to the VMS included a "View VMS Submission here" link even when no UI link was available for the VMS submission. This caused user confusion and poor navigation experience when users clicked on inactive hyperlinks.

Why does it matter?

The system now intelligently determines whether a valid UI link exists for VMS submissions before including the "View VMS Submission here" link in auto-generated ATS Notes. When no active link is available, the system excludes this hyperlink entirely from the note content. This fix ensures users only see actionable links that lead to accessible VMS submission details, improving user experience clarity and preventing frustration from clicking non-functional links.
