Add Enrich Candidate Step to Submission-based Automations

What’s new?

Bullhorn Automation now includes separate AI enrichment steps for submission-based workflows. The original Enrich Candidate step has been renamed to Enrich Submission, and a new Enrich Candidate step has been added. This allows you to enrich Candidate records and Submission records independently, writing AI-generated content to specific fields, saving results as notes, and triggering notifications for team members.

Why does it matter?

These separate steps give you clearer control over automated enrichment. Candidate profiles can be enhanced with skills or qualification summaries while submissions receive job-specific insights such as match scores or talking points. This reduces manual data entry, improves data accuracy, and ensures both candidate data and submission details are enriched in the right place, helping teams fill roles faster and with better alignment.

How do I enable this?

This update is available to all customers using Bullhorn Amplify Edition. No additional setup is required.
