Scheduled Reports: Active Users and Clients Only

What's New?

Scheduled Reports are now only delivered to active Bullhorn Analytics users and clients. Reports will no longer be delivered to inactive users or to clients that have been deleted or expired. Additionally, inactive users have been removed as selectable recipients when creating or editing a report.

A report will fail to send if:

• The report owner is inactive, regardless of the recipient status

• All recipients are inactive, regardless of the owner's status

Note: Failed deliveries will display as Failed in the Last Sent column of the Scheduled Reports Admin table.

Why Does It Matter?

This update ensures reports only reach valid, current recipients, improving reliability, reducing unexpected failures, and giving admins clearer visibility into delivery status via the Admin table.
