Sync Submittals users on Bullhorn ATS can now use the ATS Submission Status to automatically generate draft VMS Submittals when shortlisting Candidates for Sync Jobs. This new capability creates a seamless bridge between the candidate shortlisting process in the ATS and submittal creation in the VMS system.

This feature significantly streamlines the workflow for VMS users by reducing manual administrative tasks and eliminating duplicate data entry.
