Sophia: Resizable Chat Window – The Sophia chat window can now be resized, giving you more flexibility in how you use Sophia within the ATS interface.
Sophia: Drag-and-Drop Icon Positioning – You can now drag and drop the Sophia icon to reposition it anywhere on screen for a more personalized workspace layout.
Sophia Conversation Improvements – Sophia now opens with a clear summary of what she can help with. Case creation is smarter. She uses existing conversation context to avoid repetition, pre-fills summaries for your confirmation, and only shows products on your account. Billing and API questions are routed more precisely, and non-admin users receive guidance when admin access is required.
