Amplify Screen: Automatic Session Timeout for Non-Responsive Candidates

What's new?

The Amplify Screener now detects when a candidate has not responded to three consecutive prompts and automatically ends the session with a closing message, marking it as Incomplete. Candidates can return to complete the screener when they're ready.

Why does it matter?

Sessions that complete without any candidate responses produce low-quality transcripts and allow candidates to preview all screening questions without engaging. This update improves session integrity while ensuring candidates who were genuinely unavailable have a clear path to return and complete their screening.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically available for all customers using Amplify Screener. No configuration is required. Incomplete session behavior follows your existing retake settings.
