What's new?

The Amplify Screener now includes an Allow Q&A toggle in Advanced Settings, giving admins the ability to disable the candidate question-asking portion of the screening. When disabled, candidates are directed straight to the closing message rather than being prompted to ask questions.

Why does it matter?

This gives you the flexibility to configure the screening experience to match your hiring workflow, without being locked into a format that may not fit every role or stage.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically available for all customers using Amplify Screen. To use it:

1. Open your screener engagement settings.
2. Expand Advanced Settings.
3. Uncheck Allow Q&A to disable candidate question prompting.
4. Save.

When this option is off, the Question Asking Prompt, Additional Q&A Context, and Additional Q&A Context Fields settings will be hidden.
