MFA Authentication Emails Now Visible in Applicant Email History
What's New?
When email MFA is enabled for your agency, authentication code emails sent to applicants now appear in the Email History table alongside all other applicant communications. The authentication code itself is masked in this view to protect applicant account security.
Why Does It Matter?
- Agencies can now monitor MFA emails sent to applicants directly from the Email History table, improving visibility into the authentication process.
- Troubleshooting applicant login issues is faster with MFA emails visible in one place.
- Applicant account security is maintained — the authentication code is masked so it cannot be viewed or reused by agency users or administrators.
