What’s in this release
New VMS integrations and submission tools arrive alongside a broad set of sync accuracy fixes across major VMS partners.
Pilott VMS Now Supported
Staffing teams using Pilott can connect their credentials to VMS Sync. Position details, availability, and updates flow into Bullhorn ATS automatically.
NewVectorVMS Maximum Requisition Duration Captured
Maximum requisition duration now maps to the Duration Weeks field on Bullhorn ATS job orders.
NewSearch Candidates by ATS Record ID in Quick Submit
The Create VMS Submission modal now accepts an ATS record ID and shows name, email, and phone so recruiters can confirm the match.
FixedEinsteinii Position Statuses
Positions appeared on hold in Bullhorn ATS despite being actively open in the VMS. Status information from Einsteinii now flows into the ATS correctly.
FixedB2B Buyer Description Fields
VMS Sync now captures Education Required, Education Preferred, Additional Information, Required Skills, and Preferred Skills from B2B Buyer positions.
FixedDefinity Open Requisitions and Missing Fields
Open Definity positions no longer appear as closed, and VMS Sync now captures job status, shift, location, open headcount, rates, description, and onboarding notes.
FixedDefinity Mail Parsing
Definity email notifications for new and updated positions are now parsed correctly, keeping Bullhorn ATS current in real time rather than waiting for the next scheduled sync.
FixedPixid Submittal Response Accuracy
Responses could report a candidate as successfully created even when the submission failed. The flow now re-checks that the position is still open and reports the step that actually failed.
FixedFieldglass Bank of America Job Descriptions
The full job description now syncs, including requirements and qualifications. Previously only a fragment was captured, or the description was empty.
FixedSimpleVMS SSN Hyphen Handling
Sync now strips hyphens from SSN values on the SimpleVMS submittal form, reducing manual edits.
