Clock In and Out

Overview

The Clock In/Out time entry method gives employees buttons within their portals they will need to select when they begin work (clock in) and again when they leave (clock out).

Clock In/Out Entry - Placement Setup

If "Can Add/Edit Time" is enabled, the employee will be able to manually add or adjust hours on their timesheet.

Clock In/Out Entry on the Admin Timesheet Tab

When viewing the employee's timesheet, you can enter in the hours for each day.

You also have the option to manually clock the employee in and out.

Clock In/Out Entry in the Employee Portal

Employees log their time by selecting the Clock In and Clock Out buttons.

If they are setup for breaks, they will be prompted to select an hour type for their clock in.
