Reporting Fields on a Placement

Overview

This article covers available Report fields on Placements.

Prospective End Date - Used for Pipeline reports, will not affect the User's access to the application.
Negotiated Salary - Space to document any agreed upon salary with the User in the event that the Placement converts to Permanent status.
Burden Percentage - The Burden Percentage is added to the Pay Rate to calculate a more accurate cost of Employment. The Burden Percentage is used in calculating many reports, including Pipeline and Gross Margin and is also incorporated into Commission reporting and payouts.
Additional Hourly Cost - An additional burden that is in dollars per hour versus percentage.
Additional Monthly Cost - An additional burden that is in dollars per month versus percentage.
Projected Weekly Hours - Used to create a more accurate Pipeline report.
