Understanding Back Office Dashboards

Overview

Back Office Dashboards allow you to visualize your data in a list or graph format. The list format allows you to filter and sort the data based on certain fields. This article outlines three dashboards: My Commissions, My Timecards, and Spread vs Goal.

Accessing Dashboards

  1. Click the Home tab on the far left of the Back Office Entity tabs.
  2. Select the specific dashboard from the drop down to the right.
    • If the Home entity is not visible, permission for all or specific dashboards can be granted within the Admin’s record under the Administrator section of Back Office.

Configuration is not available within the My Commissions, My Timecards, or the Spread vs Goal dashboards.

Dashboards

My Commissions

The My Commissions dashboard provides information to help the client determine their profit for all placements under their ownership for each given year. When calculating these numbers, Bullhorn includes the burden percentage associated with the employee type (e.g., W2, 1099).

For each column, all filters are based on the Total Payout and Total Rep Spread of the admin’s associated commissions.

  • Total Spread: The sum of the spread earned from all of an admin’s owned representatives for a period.
  • Total Payout: The amount of money all owned representatives have earned.

My Timecards

The My Timecards dashboard displays the timesheet status for all placements under the admin’s ownership. The graph within this dashboard covers the specific statuses for all associated placement timecards for any given week and calculates the amount under each status. The list section displays the placement information as well as the timesheet status.

Within the list columns, all filters are based on the Placement and Timesheet information associated with the owning admin.

Spread vs Goal

The Spread vs Goal dashboard gives a visual breakdown of the current achieved spread and the set goal for all commission plans under the Admin’s ownership for any given year. This dashboard is a great way to monitor the health of the company and identify future growth targets.

Within the list columns, all filters are based on the Placement and period information associated with the owning Admin.
