Record and Entity Management

This area contains information on how to create and modify Employee, Placement, and Company records in Onboarding. This also includes information on how to reset employee passwords and create custom fields.

Note: If your Onboarding platform is connected to an ATS, creating and updating entity records should be performed in the ATS. Record updates made directly in Onboarding my be overwritten by the ATS during a refresh.
