Departments and Contacts

This section contains information on how to set up Department / Contact records in Onboarding.

Note: If your Onboarding platform is connected to an ATS, creating and updating entity records should be performed in the ATS. Record updates made directly in Onboarding my be overwritten by the ATS during a refresh.
