The location where you access all the data from a specific object. Example: You access the data in the object through the s Tab. |
App |
A predefined collection of tabs for a specific function. Example: Most users use the , Front Office, or Back Office Bullhorn Back Office (or BBO) is our back office product that allows customers to set up time cards, pay their candidates, and bill their own clients. Apps which provide a predefined set of tabs. |
Record |
A specific set of information relating to one business entity or task. Example: A Contact record is the file of information related to one person. |
Field |
Space where data is recorded. For every piece of information there is one dedicated field. Example: The email address of a Contact is entered in the Email field. |

A list of records from another Object relating to the record you are viewing. Example: When viewing an , a could be Contacts which displays all of the contact records linked to that . |
Reports |
A summary of data captured in your system. A report is typically used to retrieve details of the information of an individual or team's activity or performance. |
Dashboards |
Graphical representations of the data held in reports and can summarize key information in formats such as bar chart, pie chart or a line graph |
Home Tab |
Personalized information page where you can see your upcoming Tasks and Events as well as other notifications. |

Contacts |

People Salesforce standard object. Used to store data about either a Client Contact or a Candidate Contact. working for your client A Company is the organization where the contact works.
