August 2026 Release: Amplify Enrich From Notes New Features & Enhancements

The Amplify Enrich LWC component is now embedded directly in the PowerNotes popup for users with the BHRC Amplify User Actions permission set. Recruiters can receive AI-powered field update suggestions for the primary record while logging a PowerNote, without leaving the popup.

  • Suggestions are generated for the primary source object of the PowerNote only (for example, Contact when creating a note from a Contact record). Users without the permission set see no change to the PowerNotes experience.

  • Assign the BHRC Amplify User Actions permission set to the relevant users. No additional configuration is required.

"Unknown" No Longer Suggested for Unmentioned Fields

The AI was incorrectly suggesting "Unknown" for fields with no relevant information in the note. The component now only suggests values for fields explicitly referenced in the note content.

 

Salary Range Extraction Corrected

When a note contained a desired salary range (for example, "$50,000 to $60,000"), the AI was suggesting the full range for a Salesforce currency field that only accepts a single numeric value. The lower bound of the range is now extracted and presented as the suggested value. Numeric fields are constrained to a single value.
