August 2026 Release: Amplify Present New Features & Enhancements

Template Import/Export

Amplify Present administrators can now migrate templates between Salesforce orgs without manual recreation. A new Template Migration page in the Amplify Admin application (available to users with the Amplify Present Admin permission set) provides two operations:

  • Export: select a template from a searchable dropdown and download it as a self-contained file.

  • Import: upload a previously exported file. The system validates the format, creates the template in the current org, and reports the new template ID on success.

Full Candidate Data Load and Merge Tags

The Template Editor now loads the full Salesforce Contact object data (including all fields, work history, education, and skills) whenever the selected candidate changes, so merge fields are correctly populated. A new Add Merge Tags popup in the editor lists all available merge tags: one per Contact field, plus {experience}, {education}, and {skills}. Admins can now build personalized templates without manually typing field references.

The Amplify Present core app has been updated to version 1.0.3, incorporating the following fixes and improvements:

Word Export and Formatting

  • Fixed blank Word exports.

  • Resolved a regression where formatting was lost on Word export.

  • Fixed margin changes under Styling not reflecting in preview or print.

Present UI and Modal Behavior

  • Fixed admin success toast not displaying correctly.

  • Fixed editing a Packet name not being reflected on the Template Selection page.

  • Moved Font options to the edit section rather than the preview section.

Template Management

  • Resolved a bug preventing Present Templates from being copied.

  • Fixed intermittent issues with saved templates not appearing in list view.

  • Fixed a template not being saved until the user explicitly saves.

Data and Merge Tags

  • Resolved a merge tag issue in the Amplify Present preview.

Resume and File Handling

  • Fixed Resume block enhancement failing when processing a CV PDF.

  • Resolved file attachment resume blocks hitting the wrong endpoint.

Anonymization

  • Fixed an intermittent failure to anonymize in Amplify Present.
