Configurable PowerNotes Selection for AFA_GetCandidateData

AFA_GetCandidateData now lets administrators define selection criteria for the PowerNotes included in the payload sent to Agentforce, giving record-level control over which notes surface rather than relying solely on recency.

If no filter is configured, the action retains its previous default behavior of returning the five most recent PowerNotes for a candidate, ensuring existing configurations continue to work unchanged.

Configuration

Administrators configure PowerNotes selection criteria via Named Settings.

  1. Navigate to Setup > Custom Metadata Types.

  2. Find Named Settings and click Manage Records.

  3. Open Get Candidate Data Configuration.

  4. Edit the Configuration field.

     

    • powerNoteCriteria expects a SOQL WHERE clause fragment appended to the Task query. When null or blank, no filter is applied.

    • powerNoteLimit configures the maximum number of PowerNotes returned. It is capped at 50 regardless of the value set.

  5. Click Save.
