Enrich Job Record Via Action Button

Job description enrichment previously existed only as a backend capability with no user-facing trigger. Recruiters can now enrich a job description directly from the job description view using a new Enrich with Amplify action button.

Configuration

1. Activate the prompt template:

   1. Navigate to Setup > Prompt Builder.

   2. Locate Bullhorn Professional: Create Job Posting (AF4PR_Create_Job_Posting).

   3. Click Activate.

2. Add the Enrich with Amplify quick action to the Job page layout:

   1. Navigate to Setup > Object Manager > Job > Page Layouts.

   2. Select the relevant page layout.

   3. Click Mobile and Lightning Actions.

   4. Drag Enrich with Amplify onto the layout.

   5. Click Save.
