Searchable Activities
USAM uses the Activities you and your team populate into in an Activity Search Facet.
This facet can be added to the filter panel in USAM.
Custom Nested Objects
Searchable Activities manifest themselves as custom nested objects in Textkernel:
- They are similar to skills, which relate to a Candidate
A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. in a one-to-many manner. - They have a handful of attributes.
- The exact performance is situational.
- It is advised to be judicious in populating the Searchable Activities object.
It is not recommended to create a mirror of all data from Salesforce Activities, doing so would likely cause performance issues.
