USAM Customer Salesforce Org Setup

Your Org must use the BH4SF TR1 package 2021.08 (5.74.1) or higher. If you need to install or upgrade your Org, contact your Bullhorn representative for more information.

Assign the following Permission Sets to users in addition to existing permissions assigned to use the standard BH4SF package functionality.

USAM User In Salesforce terminology, this is anybody that has login access to an instance. In BH4SF instances, usually the staff of recruiting companies
TextKernel A BH4SF partner. One of the Search and Match / Resume Parsin services providers integrated with BH4SF Iframe/Portal User
Resume Manager
USAM User Unpackaged
Additional Location User
- If required
Call List User
- If required
