Your Org must use the Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud TR1 package 2021.08 (5.74.1) or higher. If you need to install or upgrade your Org, contact your Bullhorn representative for more information.

Assign the following Permission Sets to users in addition to existing permissions assigned to use the standard Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud package functionality.

USAM User In Salesforce terminology, this is anybody that has login access to an instance. In Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud instances, usually the staff of recruiting companies
TextKernel A Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud partner. One of the Search and Match / Resume Parsin services providers integrated with Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud Iframe/Portal User
Resume Manager
USAM User Unpackaged
Additional Location User

Call List User
