Invoice Template Overview

Overview

Staffing agencies often run into complexities when creating invoices for their customers that require control over formatting and content. By using a combination of Microsoft Word mail merge templates, Aspose libraries and Invoice Terms level configuration, users are able to generate PDFs that suit their needs.

Customers cannot add or alter invoice templates themselves, and any modifications to the templates, such as an address or logo change, must be handled by Support.

Invoice Templates allow for the following:

  • Add and modify fields, adjust columns, subtotals, etc.
  • Set the font, font size, bold/italics/underline, etc.
  • Format the alignment & tabs, numbers and dates.
  • Display the agency logo by embedding the agency’s image in the template
  • Create multiple invoice templates tailored to the needs of different customers, with varying levels of custom invoice formatting.

  • Pull in data from different sources for different sections of the invoice.
  • Format, group and summarize data.
  • Perform calculations and logic, for example subtotals, invoice amount, etc. within the table.
