Clock Deactivations & Returns

You may need to return a clock if you are switching time entry methods at a client site or a client site is closing. Clock Deactivations / Returns must be completed through a Support Ticket.

To return or deactivate a Clock, ensure you know the following information:

  • The group the clock belongs to.

  • The Clock's Terminal ID number.

  • If the Clock is Leased from Bullhorn or Owned by your agency.
