Issues with Entering Dates into Timesheets

This article contains descriptions of common issues entering dates into Web Time Entry timesheets.

Wrong Dates Displayed on the Dashboard

If there are no recent week ending dates to select from your Dashboard, there may be an unforeseen technical error or a setting that needs to be changed by Bullhorn Support or your agency. If you experience this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Select a timesheet.
  2. Look at the Site/Assignment information on the left side of your timesheet to confirm accuracy.
    • If you have the correct assignment selected and still receive the error, contact Bullhorn Support for further assistance.
    • If the specified assignment is not correct, continue onto the next step.
  3. Select My Profile at the top right of the screen.
    • If you are using a mobile device, select the drop down menu (button with 3 lines) at the top of the page and select My Profile.
  4. Select Search for more assignments. This will log you out of your account.
  5. Log back into your account, and you will be asked to find your assignment again. Search for your assignment and select the right one.
    • If you can’t find the correct assignment, contact Bullhorn Support for further assistance.
  6. Once you have selected the correct assignment, check to see if the correct timesheets are displayed.
    • If the correct timesheets are not displayed, contact Bullhorn Support for further assistance.

Wrong Dates Displayed on the Timesheet

Incorrect dates on the timesheet may indicate an incorrect week ending date on the Dashboard. Check the dates on the upper left to confirm you have selected the correct Date Range.

If you experience this issue, follow the steps below.

  1. Select Dashboard in the top left. If you are using a mobile device, the Dashboard option is on the drop down menu.
  2. Select the appropriate week ending date. If the week ending date is correct and issues persist, contact Bullhorn Support.

Cannot Select Individual Days

Start and End dates of the assignment affect the ability to enter time for that day. If you need to enter hours outside of your assignment’s date range contact your agency to confirm they have the correct information entered. If they have submitted the correct information, have an administrator or their help desk contact Bullhorn Support.
