Understanding VMS Exchange

Bullhorn Time & Expense makes it easy to connect to a VMS (Vendor Management System)with VMS Exchange. VMS Exchange allows users to upload third-party time and expense data into Bullhorn Time & Expense, and pay using the Bullhorn Time & Expense payroll tools.

VMS Exchange is highly configurable and must mapped correctly. To start using VMS Exchange, contact your Account Manager.

Key Features & Benefits

• Complex Mapping: Allows you to map data fields from a VMS file (e.g., a Beeline or Fieldglass file) to the corresponding fields in BTE.

• File Import: You can either manually upload VMS files or configure an email address to receive and process them automatically.

• Error Handling: The system can be configured to automatically process files or hold them for review. It also visualizes exceptions and duplicate entries to prevent double-paying.

• Custom Mapping: For VMS platforms that Bullhorn doesn't natively support, you can create a custom mapping template.
