Temporary Fix for Error When Adding Attachments or Editing Job Advertisements in FastForward
Some users are experiencing issues when adding attachments or editing job advertisements in FastForward. This is caused by an issue on one of our servers. We are working hard on a permanent solution and provide a temporary workaround below.
What to Expect
When adding an attachment or editing a job advertisement, you may encounter an error message.
The error message often appears as 'An error has occurred!' or 'Proxy Error.'
Temporary Workaround
Logging out and logging back in resolves the issue in most cases, as you are likely to be redirected to a server where this issue does not occur.
This problem only affects server '71'. You can see which server you are logged into by looking at the light gray text above the tabs.
If repeated logging out and back in does not result in a different server number, try logging in through a private/incognito window.
